LOVE LETTERS TO DAMARIS
The romantic love story between Damaris and her boyfriend Jakob fascinated us from the start; we are critical film makers, and we were just a little bit sceptical as to whether the story really happened this way or whether it wasn’t just a good old yarn.
So we asked... and yes, we left her flummoxed with our doubts – she never thought anyone would cast any doubt on her romantic, and highly personal, story.
She did manage to convince us, and gave us a wonderful story we could include in the film.
