STRAIGHT FROM THE ARABIAN NIGHTS
This couple could have come straight from the Arabian Nights – Karima is a singer from Algeria, and Fredrik is a percussionist from Sweden. The two have shown us a new aspect of culture in Baden at the very top level, their story symbolic of the cosmopolitan outlook in the city.
As members of the Flamencos en route dance troupe, Karima and Fredrik refurbished one of the two former Wilhelminian Villas of what was previously Brown Boveri & Cie, now ASEA Brown Boveri or ABB, awakening it to new life.
